You already know how you want to eat. The hard part is the planning: every meal, fit around your health and the rest of your life. So a registered dietitian did that part first. Every recipe here was written from scratch, weighed, and checked against the standard it claims to meet, which is why your plan comes back in minutes and still holds up. You get the recipes and a grocery list that matches them exactly. All you do is cook.
Any diet or condition · Recipes customized to you · Smart grocery list
Three steps, and dinner stops being your problem.
A few quick questions: how you like to eat, foods you love, foods you'd rather never see again, and anything your body's dealing with.
The careful part already happened. Every recipe was written for one person's problem, weighed, and checked against the rules it claims to meet, so your week can come together in minutes without a corner being cut anywhere.
Every recipe, plus a grocery list that matches them exactly, ready to print or shop straight from your phone. Change your mind about a meal and swap it, and the list changes with it.
Everything you need to cook, ready in minutes.
Tell us your diet and the plan is built to how it's really meant to work, because what each one requires is written down here as numbers rather than adjectives. Managing a health condition? Those rules were set against published clinical guidance, with the source and the year recorded next to every one.

I'm Camille McLaughlin, a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN, LD). Dietitian Made started for a pretty simple reason. My clients kept asking me the same thing: can you just tell me what to eat?
I've worked with people trying to eat better for their weight, their health, or a condition they're managing, and I watched them get stuck in the same place. It wasn't for lack of caring. It's that "eat healthy" is uselessly vague, and turning it into real meals, night after night, around your own body and your own life, is just plain hard.
So that's what this is. I did the work once, slowly and properly, and then built it into the system, so it's waiting for you every time rather than depending on whether I happen to be at my desk. Real plans I'd actually hand a client, built for however you eat and whatever you're managing, and customized down to your household, your allergies, and the foods you love. The food is good. The recipes are ones you'll really make. And there's no guessing.
I can't sit across from every person who needs this. So I built the next best thing.

The things people ask most.
Really personalized. It's built around your diet, the foods you love and the ones you can't stand, your allergies, how many people you're feeding, and anything health-wise you want planned around. Recipes are scaled to your household, and where an ingredient you're avoiding can simply be left out, the plan tells you what to use instead and puts that on the grocery list.
No app to download. It all runs in your browser, on a phone or a laptop. You get a simple account where your plan and your grocery list live, so you can swap a meal, adjust anything, or pull the list up in the store whenever you like.
Minutes. Your plan is built the moment you finish the questions, health condition or not. There's no queue and no waiting, because the careful work was done in advance and written into the system rather than repeated by hand for every person who asks.
Yes, from diabetes to high blood pressure to kidney-friendly and more. One honest note: these are general nutrition plans built around you, not a replacement for your own doctor or dietitian.
Yes. You get a new plan whenever you want one, built from a catalog a registered dietitian wrote and keeps adding to, and you can cancel anytime. Not ready to commit? You can start with a single week and see how it feels first.
