Terms & Refunds

Last updated: October 2026

I like to keep things simple and honest. Here's what you're buying when you order from Dietitian Made, how the billing works, and how to stop it whenever you want to.

What you're purchasing

A Dietitian Made membership is a subscription. You complete the questionnaire, choose a tier, and from then on you get personalized meal plans, recipes built from whole ingredients, a matching grocery list, and a written guide, all built around the diet or health focus, preferences, and allergies you entered. Each billing cycle brings a new four weeks of plans, built for you, for as long as your membership is active. Everything lives in your portal, where you can swap a recipe or change your answers for your next four weeks.

Plans and prices

A membership is priced by how many days a week you want food for. Each tier is billed every 4 weeks, and each billing cycle delivers four weeks of plans.

Snacks are an optional add-on billed on the same cycle: $9, $14, or $19 every 4 weeks, depending on your tier.

Because 4 weeks is a little shorter than a calendar month, a full year comes to 13 billing cycles rather than 12. I would rather say that plainly here than have it be a surprise.

Founding member pricing

The founding prices above are open to the first 100 members. Once those places are taken, the public price applies to new sign-ups. If you joined at a founding price, that is the price your membership keeps renewing at for as long as it stays active. Cancelling and re-joining later means joining at whatever price is current then, so a founding place is not held for you once it is given up.

The programs

The programs sit outside the founding offer, so each has one price rather than a founding one and a public one. Two of them are paid once and do not renew. The third, AIP, is billed every 4 weeks, for the reason given below.

AIP is billed on a cycle rather than once because its elimination phase has no fixed length: it runs until your symptoms settle, which is usually somewhere between 30 and 90 days. About three weeks into each cycle I email and ask whether you want another four weeks or are ready to start reintroducing foods. On the third cycle that email says the program will stop at the end of that cycle unless you tell me otherwise, and the renewal is switched off at the same time the email goes out, so nothing is charged while you decide. You can also cancel from your portal at any point.

The personalized guide on its own

The personalized guide can also be bought on its own for $19, paid once. It's written from your answers, it waits in your portal, and it's yours to keep. If you start a plan later, the $19 comes off your first four weeks.

Refunds

Plans are personalized and delivered to you immediately, so I don't offer refunds on plans you've already received. What I do offer is this: if your plan didn't match the diet, preferences, or allergies you entered, or something has genuinely gone wrong with your order, email me within 7 days and I will fix it or refund you. I would rather sort out a real problem than keep money from someone I've let down.

If you forget to cancel and a renewal catches you by surprise, email me. I'm a person, not a billing department, and I'd rather you left on good terms.

Referral discounts

If you came to Dietitian Made through a partner's link, any discount they chose to share with you comes off every payment automatically for as long as your membership stays active. It applies to memberships and programs, and the guide bought on its own is outside it. A partner's link does not apply to that partner's own purchases. Partners have their own terms on the partner page.

Plans included by your clinic

If your clinic, practice, gym, or coach includes Dietitian Made for you, they pay for it and you pay nothing. You set up your own plan from their invitation, and a new plan arrives every four weeks for as long as they include it. Your answers and your plan stay between you and Dietitian Made; they see that you have set up, when you last signed in, and how many plans you have had. If they stop including it, I'll email you a way to keep going on your own at the regular price, less any discount they share with you, or to keep your saved plans.

Your account

You sign in with a link emailed to you, so keep your sign-in emails to yourself, and let me know if you think someone else has gotten into your account. Your plans and recipes are for you and your household, not for redistribution or resale.

A note on health

Dietitian Made provides general nutrition guidance and personalized meal plans. It is not medical treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for care from your own healthcare provider. If you have a medical condition or take medication that interacts with food, please talk with your physician before making dietary changes. Always read the full ingredient list of each recipe against your own needs, and if you have a serious allergy or a medical condition, treat your own care team's guidance as the final word.

Nutrition figures are calculated from USDA FoodData Central and are estimates. Ingredients and brands vary, so what you cook will vary a little from what's printed.

Questions

If any of this is unclear, or you want to think something through before ordering, I'd genuinely rather hear from you than have you guess. Email me anytime at Camille@dietitianmade.net.
